How do you commence working with us?

It starts with a 2-hour meeting. In that time one of our consultants will ask you many questions about your business and the particular obstacles to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction or other improvements that you are chasing. He or she will map the current processes as described and then propose some activities that will change them to be more efficient or better aligned to your corporate goals. He or she will seek your feedback and then apply a cost saving or profit-gaining analysis to confirm the potential gain for you in dollars.

How a project unfolds…

After you appoint us to work on the process improvement project our typical starting point is a Benchmarking Evaluation where we observe and analyse the current process plus talk to all the major players involved in it. This should confirm our prior understanding of the process, but if it doesn’t then the new information will provide valuable insights for everyone.

We will also create an Issues Register, so that important items in the redesign of the process are built in from the start. And we’ll make sure that the new process has controls like Key Performance Indicators built into it so that it is measurable and therefore manageable.

Then we meet with your decision-making team again to reveal our discoveries, confirm the changes to the process that are required and commence the job of bringing them to a reality. After the new process and any tools that are required have been created, we train your staff in any new technology, then monitor and evaluate the results alongside your decision-making team.
